In addition, for electric motorcycles that do not meet the new national standard, you can apply for a transitional license. After the expiration of the transition period, the vehicle needs to be scrapped and recycled, and cannot be driven on the road. At the same time, electric motorcycles need to drive on the right side of the road, and wear safety helmets, and the back seat cannot carry people over 12 years old.
