To cope with rising overseas order volume, Wuxi Jesenki Vehicle Co., Ltd. has finished a full reorganisation of its finished goods warehouse. The space is now divided into four functional zones: stock storage for complete vehicles, dedicated spare parts zone, pre-shipment inspection area and loading staging area, with updated signage, stock logs and checking SOPs.
The revised layout allows warehouse staff to locate ordered vehicles, matching spare parts and accompanying documents much faster. It reduces sorting lead time and minimizes the risk of missing certificates or accessories during packing. Wider aisles improve forklift movement for whole vehicles and speed up container loading to meet scheduled vessel cut-off times.
This warehouse upgrade forms part of our ongoing effort to strengthen delivery reliability. Jesenki will keep refining packing and outbound workflows according to order mix, to maintain consistent lead times for our partners across Europe, South America and Southeast Asia.
